Frankie Manning was instrumental in the lindy hop swing sensation as we know it today. In 1935, along with some of his fellow dancers at the Savoy Ballroom, he became part of the famous, professional dance troupe "Whitey's Lindy Hoppers" and toured all over the US and performed in a few movies.
Along with Emily Belt, former teaching assistant to Frankie Manning, we'll break down these fun moves you can take to the dance floor!
Frankie would have been 102 years old and still be dancing! Let's honor him with learning some of the moves we think are really cool!
